Establishes Office of Resilience in DCF to address adverse childhood experiences.

The bill establishes the Office of Resilience within the Department of Children and Families to address adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). The office will develop and share trauma-informed strategies, promote positive childhood experiences, and coordinate statewide initiatives. It will also publish data on ACEs and positive childhood experiences, establish a virtual hub for coordination, and develop a statewide action plan. The office will report to the Governor and Legislature.
