Establishes Public Education Innovation Fund; provides tax credits to businesses for donations to fund.

The bill establishes the Public Education Innovation Fund in the Department of Education. It provides corporation business tax and gross income tax credits to businesses for making qualified education donations to the fund. The fund will award grants to low-performing public schools for implementing educational innovation programs. A "low-performing public school" is defined as a school in New Jersey under collegiate grade that meets specific criteria related to student performance on state assessments.
