Disqualifies person with four or more motor vehicle points from operating school bus for one year.

The bill requires the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to suspend a person's school bus endorsement for one year following the date of the last conviction if the person has accumulated four or more current motor vehicle points. The suspension requires the person to pass a knowledge test and a skills test before the endorsement can be reissued. The bill applies to convictions occurring after its enactment.
