New Jersey S3091 mandates the establishment of a public awareness campaign on doula services.

New Jersey S3091 requires the Commissioner of Human Services, in consultation with the Commissioner of Health, to create a public awareness campaign about doulas. The campaign will inform the public about the role of doulas in supporting individuals before, during, and after pregnancy, the services they offer, and the benefits of these services. Educational materials will be developed in the top ten most commonly spoken languages in the state and made available online and through various community entities.
