New Jersey S3087 eliminates State intervention in school districts under the Quality Single Accountability Continuum.

New Jersey S3087 eliminates the authority of the State Board of Education to place school districts under full or partial State intervention under the New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum. The bill mandates that any district under partial or full State intervention on the bill's effective date will revert to full local control within one year.
