New Jersey S3070 provides Supplemental Stabilization Aid to certain school districts facing a reduction in State school aid for the 2024-2025 school year. To qualify, a district must have a positive State aid differential and be subject to a State school aid reduction under P.L.2018, c.67. The amount of aid is equal to the difference between the district’s proposed reduction in State school aid and one percent of the district’s total operating budget in the 2023-2024 school year. A county vocational school district receiving vocational expansion stabilization aid is ineligible for this aid.
