New Jersey S307 mandates the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) and South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA) to waive E-ZPass tolls for disabled veteran owned businesses. This waiver applies to vehicles owned, leased, or financed by a disabled veteran, used for a business with at least $2,500 in revenues, certified in the state, and registered in New Jersey. The business must also have an active New Jersey electronic toll collection system account.
