Prohibits use of fireworks on property adjacent to animal shelter, pound, or kennel.

This bill prohibits the use of fireworks on property, public highway, street, road, or alley that is directly adjacent to a property on which is located an animal shelter, pound, or kennel. Violators are guilty of a disorderly persons offense, punishable by a term of imprisonment of up to six months or a fine of up to $1,000, or both.
