Exempts bars in redevelopment areas from "Noise Control Act of 1971" during 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

This bill exempts bars operating from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in redevelopment areas from the "Noise Control Act of 1971." Redevelopment areas are those designated by municipalities for redevelopment. The bill amends existing law to clarify that such bars are not in violation of noise regulations during the specified hours. The act takes effect immediately.
