Establishes "College Child Care Advisory Commission" to examine and recommend programs for college students needing child care.

The bill establishes the "College Child Care Advisory Commission" to examine issues and develop recommendations on providing programs and services for college students who require child care services. The commission will compile statistics on students with children in licensed child care centers, preschool programs, Head Start programs, or family child care providers. It will also review existing programs and partnerships, and explore proposals to improve access to child care for college students.
