New Jersey S3000 codifies and extends authorization for certain out-of-State health care practitioners and recent graduates of health care training programs to practice in New Jersey. The bill allows professionals licensed or certified in another state to practice in New Jersey for up to one year while their application for New Jersey licensure or certification is being processed. The bill also authorizes recent graduates to practice under a temporary license until they achieve full licensure or fail the licensure examination.
