Extends early voting period for primary and general elections in New Jersey.

This bill extends the early voting period for primary and general elections in New Jersey. It allows voters to cast their ballots 11 days before a non-presidential primary, presidential primary, or general election. The bill also permits municipalities to start early voting for May municipal elections 11 days before the election. Early voting sites must be public facilities and accessible to individuals with disabilities. The Secretary of State will establish standards for voting machines and election materials used during early voting.
