Establishes Mission Critical Long-Term Care Teams to identify and intervene at long-term care facilities at risk of operational and financial.

This bill establishes Mission Critical Long-Term Care Teams to identify and intervene at long-term care facilities at risk of operational and financial distress. The Commissioner of Health will establish specific indicators for evaluating facilities, and may dispatch a team to evaluate a facility and advise on corrective measures. Each team comprises four individuals with relevant expertise. Facilities must cooperate with the team and provide access to all requested information.
