This bill amends the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority Act to support the state's Annual Transportation Capital Program for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2032. It extends the process for calculating the rate of tax imposed on highway fuels until Fiscal Year 2032, imposes a sales and use tax on electric vehicles, and appropriates $2.5 billion. The bill also makes a supplemental appropriation of $1 billion to New Jersey Transit for capital projects and operating expenses.
