Establishes the New Jersey Transit Office of Customer Advocate and Rider Advocacy Commission.

This bill establishes the Rider Advocacy Commission and the New Jersey Transit Office of Customer Advocate. The commission consists of three members appointed by the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the General Assembly. The commission is independent of the Department of Transportation and is tasked with appointing a Rider Advocate to head the office.
