This bill expands protections under "Daniel's Law" to include members of the Legislature and municipal court administrators. It also requires the Office of Information Privacy to establish a secure portal for prohibiting the disclosure of personal information by private entities. The portal will allow authorized persons to submit requests for the redaction or nondisclosure of covered information. The bill defines "covered information" as the home address or unpublished home telephone number of a covered person.
