New Jersey S2752 mandates public water systems to publish financial and employee information online.

New Jersey S2752 requires public water systems to create and maintain a website or webpage on the municipality's or county's website to enhance public access to information. The required information includes a description and map of the service area, budgets for the current and previous fiscal years, the most recent Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, annual audits, contact details of supervisory personnel, relevant rules and policies, and a list of entities receiving over $17,500 in remuneration. This act supplements the "Water Quality Accountability Act.
