Establishes the New Jersey Commission on Health Equity to address health disparities and promote equity.

The New Jersey Commission on Health Equity will be established to address health disparities and promote equity. The commission will use a health equity framework to examine health considerations, foster collaboration between government units, and provide recommendations on implicit bias training and patient data collection. The commission will also establish a Health Equity Data Advisory Committee to define parameters for a health equity data set. The commission will submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature, detailing its findings and recommendations.
