Establishes an "Invasive Species Task Force" to study and develop plans for controlling invasive species in New Jersey.

The bill establishes the "Invasive Species Task Force" to study the most efficient means of controlling invasive species. The task force would develop uniform policies and a coordinated response to the threat posed by invasive species. It would also develop plans to prevent new invasive species from entering the state, control existing infestations, and restore ecosystems damaged by invasive species. The task force would identify regulatory and statutory obstacles impeding prevention, control, and restoration efforts, and prepare a comprehensive invasive species management plan.
