Establishes grant program for thermal imaging and radio equipment for certain fire departments.

The bill establishes a grant program in the Division of Fire Safety to provide thermal imaging body cameras, thermal imaging masks, and radio repeaters to fire departments in municipalities with populations of 100,000 or more. Qualifying fire organizations in municipalities with populations of 100,000 to 299,000 will receive $150,000 every three years, while those in municipalities with populations of 300,000 or more will also receive $150,000 every three years.
