Establishes a program to support residency programs for nurses at New Jersey veterans' memorial homes.

The bill establishes a program through which veterans' memorial homes in New Jersey can apply for financial, material, and technical support from the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing to implement residency programs for licensed practical nurses and registered professional nurses. The program will provide funding, materials, and technical support to approved veterans' memorial homes. The bill also appropriates $500,000 to the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing to manage the program.
