Increases FY2026 annual appropriation to DCF by $16.7 million to raise NJ FamilyCare reimbursement rate for care management organizations.

This bill increases the FY2026 annual appropriation to the Department of Children and Families (DCF) by $16.7 million. The additional funds will be used to raise the NJ FamilyCare monthly reimbursement rate for care management organization (CMO) services from the current rate of $1,032 per client to $1,200 per client. CMOs are county-based agencies that provide case management services and coordinate service delivery and wraparound care for youth with complex behavioral health issues, substance use disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
