New Jersey S2626 permits State employees not covered by collective negotiations agreements to enroll in certain negotiated health care plans. These employees can make the same contributions as those negotiated by the Communications Workers of America. The basic benefits provided are substantially equivalent to those available to employees of the State and their dependents under the subscription contracts of the New Jersey "Blue Cross" and "Blue Shield" Plans.
