New Jersey S2608 requires public higher education institutions to award academic credit for certain exams.

New Jersey S2608 mandates that public institutions of higher education provide academic credit to students who achieve a score of three or higher on an advanced placement examination or a score of 50 or higher on a college-level examination program learning assessment. To qualify, students must be pursuing an associate or baccalaureate degree and must have completed the applicable advanced placement course and examination or the college-level examination program learning assessment while in grades 9 through 12.
