Establishes High Efficiency Accelerated Learning Grant Program to fund high-impact tutoring.

The bill establishes the High Efficiency Accelerated Learning Grant Program to provide high-impact tutoring opportunities to students throughout New Jersey. Local education providers can apply for grants to fund tutoring programs in partnership with qualified tutoring providers. The Department of Education will evaluate applications based on alignment with high-impact tutoring criteria, potential student impact, and program cost. Grant funds will be awarded on a matching basis, with per-student costs matched at 100 percent.
