New Jersey S2509 directs the State Board of Education to authorize the issuance of new endorsements in certain fields. The bill authorizes a Students with Disabilities Preschool through Grade 12 endorsement, allowing holders to teach students with disabilities, excluding those who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, or hard of hearing, in all public schools and all grade levels.
