Exempts volunteer fire companies from paying annual charitable registration fees in New Jersey.

This bill amends the "Charitable Registration and Investigation Act" to exempt volunteer fire companies from paying the annual registration fee. The Attorney General currently sets these fees based on the amount of revenue received by an organization. Volunteer fire companies would no longer need to pay these fees, although they would still be required to register as non-profit organizations. The bill takes effect immediately upon enactment.
