Introduced Text

New Jersey S2400 eliminates the need for branch office registration certificates for dentists and updates notification requirements for service.

New Jersey S2400 removes the requirement for dentists to obtain separate branch office registration certificates for each location where they provide services, provided the services are rendered outside the location listed on their registration certificate. Dentists must still notify the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry of their service locations annually. The bill also modernizes the notification process by requiring the Division of Consumer Affairs to post information about annual registration requirements on its website instead of advertising in newspapers.
