New Jersey S2364 authorizes the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission to seek injunctions in Superior Court against unauthorized amusement games. It establishes civil penalties for violations, with fines up to $7,500 for the first offense and $15,000 for subsequent offenses. The Attorney General can enforce these penalties on behalf of the commission. Organizations registered with the commission and not suspended or revoked are exempt from these provisions. The act takes effect immediately.
