Establishes Jersey Strong Public Service Scholarship Program for students employed in critical public service sectors.

The Jersey Strong Public Service Scholarship Program Act establishes a scholarship program for students employed in public service sectors experiencing critical workforce shortages. Eligible students who complete one year of full-time employment receive a scholarship for two academic years, up to $25,000. Completing two years of employment qualifies students for a scholarship for four academic years, up to $50,000. The Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development must identify sectors with critical shortages, which may include hospitals, public schools, and first responders.
