New Jersey S2300 provides free or reduced fee beach access to certain New Jersey National Guard members.

New Jersey S2300 expands eligibility for free or reduced fee beach access to include certain New Jersey National Guard members. Specifically, it allows shore municipalities to provide free or reduced fee beach access to persons who have served in the New Jersey National Guard and were discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. This bill also permits shore municipalities to provide free or reduced fee beach access to persons who have served in any of the Armed Forces of the United States and were discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable, provided.
