New Jersey S2264 establishes a fund for voluntary taxpayer contributions to support reproductive health care services.

New Jersey S2264 creates the "New Jersey Reproductive Health Care Equitable Access Fund" within the Department of the Treasury. This fund will receive voluntary contributions from taxpayers, who can designate a portion of their tax refund or make an additional contribution on their gross income tax return. The Legislature will annually allocate these funds to the three largest providers of reproductive health care services to Medicaid patients, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.
