New Jersey Feminine Hygiene Product Donations Immunity Act protects donors from liability for injuries from donated products.

The New Jersey Feminine Hygiene Product Donations Immunity Act provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for donors of feminine hygiene products to charitable or nonprofit organizations. This immunity applies to hospitals, health care facilities, and other good faith donors, as well as the organizations that receive and distribute the products. The immunity covers injuries or deaths resulting from the condition of the products, unless caused by gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.
