The New Jersey Feminine Hygiene Product Donations Immunity Act provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for donors of feminine hygiene products to charitable or nonprofit organizations. The immunity covers injuries or deaths resulting from the condition of the products, unless caused by gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.
