New Jersey S2238 directs the State Board of Education to authorize the issuance of three new endorsements to instructional certificates. The Students with Disabilities Preschool through Grade 12 endorsement allows holders to teach students with disabilities, excluding those who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, or hard of hearing, in all public schools and grade levels.
