Hospitals, birthing centers, federally qualified health centers, and physicians or health care practitioners must screen individuals for endometriosis if they have been diagnosed with preeclampsia and subsequently show symptoms of endometriosis. The Commissioner of Health will develop standardized forms for acknowledging receipt of information and for written refusals to be screened.
