This bill amends New Jersey's cyber-harassment law to include online communications made with reckless disregard for the safety of another, in addition to communications made purposely or intentionally. It also imposes penalties for parents or guardians who fail to comply with court-ordered training programs for minors adjudicated delinquent for cyber-harassment. The bill makes cyber-harassment committed recklessly a disorderly persons offense.
