New Jersey S2075 prohibits the sale, distribution, import, or manufacture of children's products intended for use by a child under the age of six that contain, are composed of, or are made with lead, mercury, or cadmium. Manufacturers, distributors, or importers discovering such products must issue an immediate recall. Retail establishments must remove recalled products from displays and return them to the manufacturer, distributor, or importer within 14 business days.
