New Jersey S2075 requires employers with more than 50 full-time or full-time equivalent employees to post a designated poster with information on veterans' benefits and services. The poster, developed by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development in consultation with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, must include contact information for the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, details on substance abuse and mental health treatment, educational and workforce resources, tax benefits, and eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits.
