New Jersey S2038 requires public institutions of higher education to post on their websites the average time-to-degree completion for each associate and baccalaureate degree awarded. It also mandates the posting of the institution's annual fiscal monitoring report and annual audit. The Secretary of Higher Education must receive an annual direct link to this information, and institutions must provide a clear, simple, and understandable summary for the public. The act takes effect immediately and applies to the first full academic year following enactment.
