Introduced·1/13/26
Introduced Text

New Jersey S2003 mandates preservation of employee benefits and contractual rights during the sale of Atlantic City International Airport.

New Jersey S2003 amends existing law to ensure that the sale or lease of Atlantic City International Airport by the South Jersey Transportation Authority does not affect the civil service status, pension credits, or accumulated employee benefits of the authority's officers and employees. The bill stipulates that all existing employee representatives must be retained until employees choose to change them or until existing agreements or contracts expire.
