New Jersey S1908 authorizes the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to issue "100 Percent Disabled Veteran" license plates for qualified veterans. These plates, displaying the words "100 Percent Disabled Veteran" and an emblem chosen by the chief administrator, entitle the holder to handicapped parking privileges. The issuance of these plates is free of charge and is not transferable. Misuse or abuse of the benefits granted by these plates will result in the revocation of the privileges and forfeiture of the license plate.
