New Jersey S188 amends existing law to require certain juveniles to appear before court in the county where the incident giving rise to the delinquency complaint allegedly occurred. Specifically, the bill mandates that juveniles accused of offenses that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a crime of the first through third degree under Title 2C of the New Jersey Statutes, must appear in the county where the incident occurred.
