New Jersey S1875 allows challengers to be appointed in any election district within a congressional or legislative district where the challenger.

New Jersey S1875 amends the law to allow a person to be appointed as a challenger in any election district within a congressional or legislative district where the person resides. Currently, challengers must be registered voters in the specific county where the election district is located. This bill expands eligibility by allowing challengers to be registered voters in any county or part of a county within the congressional or legislative district.
