The bill establishes a program allowing family members or approved third-party individuals to become certified homemaker-home health aides and provide services to certain Medicaid and Medicaid-Medicare dually eligible enrollees. These services will be reimbursed at a rate of no less than $30 per hour. The Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services in the Department of Human Services must establish this program within six months of the bill's enactment.
