Establishes New Jersey Pandemic Risk Reinsurance Program for eligible insurers.

The bill establishes the New Jersey Pandemic Risk Reinsurance Program, which provides coverage for business interruption insurance claims exceeding $75 million statewide due to a covered public health emergency.
