Establishes additional municipal review processes for large warehouse development and requires real property revaluations and reassessments.

The bill establishes additional municipal review processes and procedures related to the development of certain large warehouses. It requires planning boards to complete a special reexamination of the municipality's master plan and development regulations before considering an application for large warehouse development. The bill defines a "large warehouse" as a facility or site designed predominantly for receiving and storing goods and materials before they are sold, used, or redistributed.
