New Jersey S1744 mandates displaying estimated odds of winning on lottery tickets and the State Lottery website.

New Jersey S1744 requires the State Lottery Commission to display the estimated odds of winning a prize on lottery tickets and the State Lottery website. For non-draw games, the odds must be prominently displayed on every ticket sold. For draw games, the odds must be readily available at the point of sale and on the official New Jersey Lottery website. The odds must be expressed in a standardized format. The act will take effect on the first day of the seventh month following enactment.
