Eliminates certain requirements for nonprofit organizations operating ski areas in New Jersey.

New Jersey S1740 eliminates certain requirements for nonprofit organizations operating ski areas. Under current law, ski area operators must establish and post a system identifying slopes and trails, make trail maps and reports available, and provide daily slope and trail condition information. The bill removes these requirements for nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit organizations are defined as private entities exempt from income taxation under 26 U.S.C.s.501(c)(3). The bill takes effect immediately.
