New Jersey S174 excludes from public disclosure that portion of any agenda or meeting minutes of the Board of Review or any final administrative decision of the Appeals Tribunal or the Board of Review that discloses the name or address of any claimant for unemployment compensation, temporary disability insurance benefits, or family leave insurance benefits who is party to an appeal before the Appeals Tribunal or the Board of Review within the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
