New Jersey S1675 mandates the Mandated Health Benefits Advisory Commission to analyze and review the financial impact of all enacted mandated health.

New Jersey S1675 requires the Mandated Health Benefits Advisory Commission to periodically analyze and review the financial impact of all mandated health benefits enacted by the Legislature. This includes assessing the impact on total costs to purchasers and benefit costs, the extent to which the mandated health benefit has increased the appropriate use of the treatment or service, and any savings to the health care system through increased access to preventive care.
