Establishes protections for persons providing, receiving, or allowing children to receive gender-affirming health care.

The bill amends the "Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act" to establish protections for persons providing, receiving, or allowing children to receive gender-affirming health care. It stipulates that the presence of the child in the state for the purpose of receiving such care is sufficient for a state court to have jurisdiction to make an initial child custody determination.
